These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. 1. The Taylors Coffee money back guarantee promotion is open to UK residents who are 18+ and excludes employees and their families of Taylors of Harrogate, subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The Taylors Coffee money back guarantee promotion only applies to promotional packs of Taylors Colombia San Sebastian and Brazil Fazenda Pinhal ground and beans 227g coffee featuring a promotional sticker.
3. To take part in the Taylors Coffee money back guarantee promotion, purchase a promotional pack of Taylors Coffee featuring a promotional sticker from any participating Waitrose or Sainsbury's store. If you don’t love the product, you can claim your money back by visiting moneybackoffer.taylorsofharrogate.co.uk.
4. Complete the online registration form by entering your personal details including name, email address, product purchased and bank details including sort code and account number. Provide a minimum 15 word statement as to why you dislike the product and upload an image of your pack featuring the promotional sticker along with an image of your original itemised till receipt. The receipt will need to clearly show the purchase of a Taylors Coffee product purchased in the promotional period 31^st March 2021 – 30^th September 2021. Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image. Receipt must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg or .pdf format and a maximum of 5mb.
5. Till receipts must be originals and not photocopies, and must not be altered or tampered with. Any till receipts that have been altered or tampered with will be deemed invalid.
6. Claims must be made by 23:59 30^th November 2021. Any claim attempts made after this date or receipts that are not dated within the promotional purchase period will be deemed as invalid.
7. Only one claim for a single refund per email address, postal address & per bank account regardless of which product variant has been purchased.
8. Only individual consumers may participate.
9. Claims automatically generated by computer, or completed by third parties or in bulk will not be accepted.
10. The money back guarantee refund is offered as a ‘thank you’ for sharing your views with us. No alternatives to the refund will be provided.
11. Each review can only be used once to claim and each till receipt image can only be used once for a single refund.
12. The offer is only valid on purchases of promotional packs of Taylors Coffee featuring a promotional sticker from any participating Waitrose or Sainsbury's store and will continue only while stocks last or until the closing date specified in these terms and conditions, whichever comes first.
13. No claims from agents, third parties, or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with these instructions will be rejected.
14. Direct claims only, participants cannot make claims under someone else's name or address. Please ensure your use your legal name at the time of claiming.
15. Each valid claim will receive a BACS refund relative to the amount shown on the itemised till receipt for the Taylors Coffee product purchased and to a maximum of £4.60. Refunds will be issued within 28 calendar days of a valid claim.
16. Your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this promotion. You can obtain advice about your legal rights from trading standards or citizens advice bureaux.
17. BACS payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online registration form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. BACS payment will be administered by Promotions Interactive. The Promoter cannot take responsibility if the bank details are not provided accurately.
18. To help ensure that your claimant experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode. All account numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
19. By claiming, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. Personal data submitted by participants will be shared with the Promoter’s partners for the purposes of administration of this promotion, as well as processing to which you have consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse to fulfil claims where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s requirements.
21. Anyone trying to circumvent these rules by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
22. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer or computers to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of script, brute force or any other automated means, that person or person’s claims will be disqualified and any refund will be void.
23. The promotor reserves the right to disqualify any person who breaches the rules or has acted fraudulently in any way.
24. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
25. English law shall govern these terms and conditions and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential), damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
28. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
